A Prayer for Everyone Who Encounters This Ministry
Heavenly Father,
We thank You for every person who visits this space. You knew them long before this moment, and You understand the journey that has brought them here. Nothing about their story is hidden from You. Every prayer they have whispered, every tear they have shed, and every burden they have carried is known to You.
Lord, we ask that every person who encounters this ministry would feel Your presence. If they arrive searching for answers, bring them clarity. If they come feeling discouraged, fill their hearts with hope. If they are carrying pain from past experiences, begin the work of healing within them.
Remind them that they are not alone. Even in seasons that felt like fire, you were present. You were guiding them, strengthening them, and preparing them for the purpose You placed within their lives.
Father, help them recognize that the difficult chapters of their story are not the end. You are still writing their testimony. Give them the courage to trust You with what they cannot yet understand and the faith to believe that every step of their journey has meaning.
Surround them with peace that quiets worry, wisdom that guides their decisions, and strength that carries them forward. Open their hearts to Your Word and help them discover the purpose You have uniquely designed for their life.
Bless their homes, their families, their work, and the path that lies ahead. Let them walk in confidence knowing that You are their keeper, their guide, and their source of hope.

The Story Behind the Ministry
Purpose in the Fire was not created as a brand.
It was born out of testimony.
Dr. Kimberly Wesson-Guidry’s journey began in Baltimore, where faith, family, and music were woven into everyday life. Raised in a home deeply rooted in the church, she grew up surrounded by worship, scripture, and spiritual mentorship that helped shape the foundation of her faith.
But life would take her through many seasons that tested that faith.
Like many people, she experienced moments that seemed difficult to understand at the time: challenges that required courage, perseverance, and a deeper trust in God.
Through those experiences, she began to recognize something important.
The writing is so vivid you can actually see every scene playing out right in front of you. I found myself laughing one minute and crying the next because it hit home for so many of my own struggles. Truly life-changing.
